Oglala Lakota College is a decentralized system with college centers in each district on the Pine Ridge Reservation and an extension center in Rapid City and Cheyenne River.

Students seeking state certification by enrolling in the ED 303E Indian Studies course need to submit college transcripts showing your degree awarded and complete the online application on the OLC website www.olc.edu under Services, then Jenzabar and click on New Students Apply Here.
Email documents to Leslie Mesteth in the Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org once you have completed the online application and state in your email that you wish to enroll in the ED 303E course.

The cost of tuition for tribal members is $84.00 a credit hour and $103.00 per credit hour for non-Indians students.
