An overview of the field of modern marketing, with detailed emphasis on: the marketing concept; strategic marketing - with environmental scanning and internal audits; social responsibility and ethics in marketing; marketing research & information systems; consumer behavior and organizational markets; products, the product life-cycle, product management, branding-packaging-labeling; the marketing of services and service quality.
Prerequisite: BAD 133
