This application will be processed upon receipt of the following documents: HS or GED Transcripts and Tribal Enrollment. If you’re a college graduate then we can use a copy of your transcripts indicating that you have been awarded a bachelor’s degree. Transfer students need to have an official college transcript sent.
Documents can be scanned to the Registrar’s Office, please see the center staff for assistance.  If no documents are received this application will expire after seven days.
**Returning students, please use your student ID and password to complete the Returning student application in the Advisee tab.

Registration Begins for Fall semester April 18th
Regular Classes End Sunday May 8th
Make-up Period May 9-10th
Assessment Days May 12-13th
Final Grades due May 13th
Faculty’s Last Day May 13th
Last Day for Chairs May 27th
Memorial Day (Offices Closed) May 30th
Last Day for Support Staff (24 pay period) June 17th
Graduation/Pow-wow June 17-19th

These dates are subject to change due to weather or any other unforeseen disasters!

Higher Ed Disbursements:

(This is any Higher Ed check we’ve receipted in as of February 8, 2016. Anything received after will be processed the following Friday. NO EXCEPTIONS. You are welcome to call and see if your funding is in)

  • Higher Ed #4 will be disbursed on May 6, 2016

May 20, 2016:

  • Reading and Math Scholarships

**Please note**

  • If there is a 3rd party paying for your SP16 classes, please notify our office with the proper information to get an invoice sent if needed. It is your responsibility to make sure your bill is paid.
  • All funding that is received by Tuesday @ noon and no later, will be disbursed the following Friday. No exception!!
  • Only center directors or counselors will be allowed to pick up checks from our office. We do not release refund checks to students.
