**Please note**

  1. If there is a 3rd party paying for your SP17 classes, please notify our office with the proper information to get an invoice sent if needed. It is your responsibility to make sure your bill is paid.
  1. All funding that is received by Tuesday @ noon and no later, will be disbursed the following Friday. No exception!!
  1. Only center directors or counselors will be allowed to pick up checks from our office. We do not release refund checks to students

This application will be processed upon receipt of the following documents:
  • HS or GED Transcripts and
  • Tribal Enrollment.
  • If you’re a college graduate then we can use a copy of your transcripts indicating that you have been awarded a bachelor’s degree.
  • Transfer students need to have an official college transcript sent.
Documents can be scanned to the Registrar’s Office, please see the center staff for assistance.  If no documents are received this application will expire after seven days.
**Please submit only one online application per year.  If you change your address or degree, please complete the change of address form or change of major form found at each center, thank you!
