Description

An introductory course of the principles of law as they apply to citizens and businesses. The course will include an understanding of the court system at the local, state and national level. Students will gain an understanding of contract law, their rights and responsibilities as citizens, utilization of financial transaction, employment and agency relationships and the understanding of the regulations governing different types of business organizations. Prerequisite: BAD 133
