Description
This course is designed to help students to become aware of ethical issues in everyday life and in the workplace. teach the principles of customer expectations, ethics, and the general process of handling and retaining customers. Students will be encouraged to think critically when a difficult issue arises and to make a mature logical decision. This course also provides an introduction to personal financial responsibility.
