Description

Students will learn various methods for teaching the Lakota language for grades K-College. This course will provide students with experiences using the Silent Way, Total Physical Response, and Immersion. They will also learn elements of effective instruction and Lakota student learning styles. Activities will include the development of lesson plans and the effective presentation of lessons.
Prerequisites: Instructor/Chairperson Approval
