Description

This course is designed for candidates to examine values, belief system, and life style to gain an understanding of and to determine their leadership style. Candidates will analyze leadership to determine the impact they have on society. Finally, candidates will study leadership styles and develop strategic plan(s) for professional development. The course will emphasize Lakota values: respect, courage, humility, and generosity. The Lakota language will be spoken as much as possible during class hours.
Pre-requisites: LakM 603, LakM 613, and LakM 633
