Description

This course will include a study of tribal civil jurisdiction, civil causes or action, torts and civil procedures of the tribal court system. Students will learn the nature of a civil complaint, responsive pleadings, pretrial and posttrial procedures including appellate procedures of the Oglala Sioux Tribal Court.
