Description
Principles of law applicable to practical problems of school organization and administration. Study of organizational structure and adminstrative procedures at the federal, state and local government level used in education/special education service delivery systems.
This course emphasizes Lakota values of wisdom and honesty. Lakota language will be spoken as much as possible during class hours.
Pre-requisites: LAKM 603, LAKM 613, and LAKM 633.
