Description

This course is designed for student to examine values, belief systems and life styles to gain understanding of and to determine their leadership style. Candidates will study and understand the role of administrators in general supervision of educational programs within the K-12 school system. Candidates will examine leadership styles and develop strategic plans emphasizing professional development. This course will emphasize the Lakota values of wisdom, courage, respect, generosity, fortitude and humility. Lakota language will be spoken as much as possible during class hours.
Pre-requisites: LAKM 603, LAKM 613, LAKM 633
