Description
This course will help the student to develop culturally relevant materials for the enhancement of physical, emotional and intellectual growth of the infant, toddler and preschool child. An introduction to various activities and media which can be used to foster creativity in young children, with specific emphasis on art, music, movement, drama, puppetry, and literature will be explored. Students will gain knowledge and expertise in teaching techniques individually and developmentally appropriate for young children.
