Description

This course introduces the student to the importance of positive communication and the necessary techniques for promoting good relationships between parents, family members, staff and the community. Special emphasis on strategies for providing an optimal environment for young children and resources for meeting problems through cooperative and positive interaction.

Prerequisites: ED 213, ECH 203
