**Please submit only one online application per year. Once we process it, we will send a copy to your home center and the staff will contact you regarding the courses you need.
If you change your address or degree during the semester, please complete the change of address form or change of major form available at your home center, thank you! It is imperative that we have updated address and phone numbers to contact you.
You can upload your documents at the end of application. Official college transcripts can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailed to Registrar’s Office, PO Box 490, Kyle, SD 57752. Stop-out students: If you have sat out for a semester or longer, you will need to do the OLC online application and update your information. If the application is incomplete, missing the social security number or documents are not received with 20 business days, it will be deleted and you will have to do another application.
