If you change your address or degree during the semester, please complete the change of address form or change of major form available at your home center, thank you! It is imperative that we have updated address and phone numbers to contact you.

You can upload your documents at the end of application. If the application is incomplete, missing the social security number or documents and are not received within 20 business days, it will be deleted and you will have to do another application. After you submit your application, contact your local college center to verify if your application is complete and to schedule a College Readiness Assessment
